What Shipping Methods Are Available?

When you place your item on the shopping cart and enter the delivery address, you will get the appropriate shipping methods for your delivery location. We offer you several shipping methods to cover your needs, whereas the delivery time for each shipping method is different. The different shipping methods include Air, Truck, and Rail Freight and conventional carriers like ShipRocket.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We offer you free shipping nationwide for your order at present, we have shipping options that work only in India. Still, we have plans to accommodate our customers who reside in other countries in the coming future, and very soon, we will start delivering internationally.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

It can take between 4-5 working days for the local order delivery, though it depends on the product's size and availability. Usually, the orders are processed within 24 hours and scheduled for delivery the following working day. Timely delivery is subject to the payment authorizations and the availability of the stocks. In some cases, we may request some payment verification or the source to process your order. What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Tito's Fashion House offers you various payment methods, including Cash on delivery (COD), PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, Visa, and Google Play. At the same time, we also have strategic partnerships with the region's well-known banks. The Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available only for India. To avail of it, you have to select 'Cash on Delivery' at Checkout. Upon the courier's arrival, kindly check the original receipt and only pay the amount mentioned in that receipt in CashCash.

Is Buying Online Safe?

Our priority at Tito's Fashion House is to ensure our customers' privacy and the safety of their payment. How do I place an Order?

Once all of the desired products are added to your shopping cart, you only need to follow a few instructions. To order with a Tito's Fashion House account, you have to log in to your account, select the desired product, and then proceed to the Checkout. The next step is to click on the 'Continue to Payment Method' by selecting your method of payment. How Can I Cancel My Order?

If you want to cancel your order, then don't worry about it. You can cancel your order easily without any hassle. Go to the main menu and click on my orders section. As you can see the products you have ordered, select the product you want to cancel. Click on the cancel option. After clicking it, just Tito's Fashion House will ask the reason for canceling your order, and you need to select the reason which is relevant to you.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Although it is possible for you to order as a guest, having a Tito's Fashion House account will further enhance your shopping experience by updating you with the newsletters, storing your billing or shipping information, and ensuring faster checkouts for you. To create your online account, you need to click the Login button on the home page. Then click the Create Account option, and after filling in your details, you can get registered with us and start shopping.

How Do I Track My Order?

As well as being notified by your email, you can easily check the progress and status of your order by logging into your Tito's Fashion House account and clicking on the 'Track your order.' Every product you have ordered will be listed here, and by clicking each, you will be able to get your order's status. When the order is shipped, you will be notified by email and SMS, and if it is out of delivery, you will be receiving an SMS with a link to reschedule, combine or even cancel your shipment.

How Can I Return a Product?

When you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund. The return and exchange options are available for most of the purchases. However, the items on promotions cannot be returned or exchanged. It usually takes 4-5 working days to process your return from the time we receive it. The process is quite simple, and you have to click the Return option and write a reason why you are returning the product. Why is not showing Refund option

If you change your mind after receiving your product, Tito's Fashion House able to accept your refund request. Please note - only for refund option will be visible after delivery your product.
